Structure Stacked Real Estate Deals with Bill Cook

Many believe structuring advanced deals is about complicated, impossible-to-understand contracts. According to Bill Cook, this couldn’t be more wrong. Deal-making is about caring, asking questions, listening, asking more questions, being curious, asking more questions, letting your imagination run free, asking more questions, and finally, reaching an agreement that works for all parties involved.

Join Larissa Green as she welcomes Bill Cook to learn why advanced creative deal structuring is simple but not easy. Bill will share examples of deals that used multiple deal structuring tools to ensure all parties were happy with the outcome.

Join us for our webinar as Bill previews his upcoming seminar What Box and introduces us to the many structures that can help you get a deal done.

About the Presenter

Bill Cook

Bill and his wife Kim are a real estate investing team. Bill creatively constructed his first deal in 1990 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He and Kim have been teaching other investors do the same since 1997. They became full-time real estate investors in 1998.
Their investment portfolio consists of single-family rental homes, mobile homes, a small mobile home park, plus notes, options, stocks and crypto currency. They built their business square on the back of knocking on homeowners’ doors. Why? Because it’s the fastest, cheapest and most effective way to get face-to-face with homeowners and make written offers. Their core belief is that real estate investing is not about buying, selling or renting houses. It’s about helping people solve their real estate problems.
