How Commercial Office Investments Are Impacted by the Migration of Millennials

Census data shows that millennials—individuals aged 22-38 and America’s largest adult generation—are increasingly fleeing large cities and moving to suburbs as they marry and have kids. In a post-pandemic world, we expect to see that trend accelerate as new residents prioritize suburban growth markets that are more affordable, less tax-intensive, and still have a high quality of life attached to them. For these same reasons, jobs are to follow.

Larissa Greene of Advanta IRA welcomes Jonathan Leiter of Excelsior Capital Group to discuss these trends and their impact on commercial office space.

Jonathan will discuss:

  • Secondary growth markets and key demographic metrics driving change
  • The rebirth of the suburban office
  • How to assess the impact of work-from-home in a post-COVID environment

Don’t miss this webinar to learn how you can find opportunities to invest in this growing trend.
