How to Invest in Real Estate with a Subject-To Loan

Real estate is a great option for those looking to invest using their retirement funds outside of the stock market. However, many don’t have a large amount of cash upfront to purchase a house or multifamily property. There are options for investing in larger properties including partnering funds and setting up a subject-to loan.

Advanta IRA’s Larissa Greene welcomes Lindsey Jensen, seasoned real estate investor who will discuss:

  • How to use an IRA to partner on subject-to houses
  • Ways to partner your money to get more real estate for your budget
  • How to do due diligence on who to partner your money or self-directed IRA with
  • The benefits of subject-to purchasing and pitfalls to be aware of

Register today to learn more about subject-to loans and how you can utilize them in your self-directed IRA.

About the Presenter

Lindsey Jensen

My name is Lindsey Jensen. I am a wife, and a mother to a 5 year old daughter and 8 year old son. I am also a real estate investor that uses creative deal making to solve others real estate problems. Oh and I am also a landlord to over 70 doors.
Since 2017, I have gone on to grow my portfolio to over 30 properties. Most of my properties are single family but I recently dipped my toe into some multi family deals that were too good to pass up. I have built a professional landlord company, allowing me to masterlease properties, and I have learned how to rehab a property from top to bottom. I know how to do Subject-to, seller finance, lease purchase, creative refinance for rentals, JV deals, been a hard money lender, and I am aware of how to do the paperwork to get all this done. I have purchased houses by sending mailers, cold calling, door knocking, texting, referrals, and more. I have learned how to build systems, lead people, and best of all I learned how to help so many people in so many different situations.
