About the Presenter
Matt Johnson, Founder
Matt has two decades of experience creating value in senior living investments and acquiring and building senior living communities.
Matt currently focuses on identifying acquisition opportunities, building internal infrastructure while the company grows and driving value in the portfolio. Matt has had overall responsibility for senior living projects with project budgets ranging from approximately $10 million to $240 million.
Matt has overseen the acquisition, planning and development of over 40 senor living projects in 14 states with total debt exceeding $650 million. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. Matt was named an Ernst & Young 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Matt is an active member of the Dallas Chapter of Young Presidents Organization.
