Senior Housing—A Growing Industry & Investment Opportunity

As the average age in the US continues to rise, senior housing has become a rapidly expanding industry. More and more individuals approaching their 70s and 80s are looking for senior-housing solutions. This growth has led to investment opportunities.

Scott Maurer of Advanta IRA welcomes Matt Johnson of the McFarlin Group, who will share his expertise in senior housing facilities and detail how investors can profit from these facilities.

During the webinar, Matt will discuss:

  • Tenant safety issues, high mortality rates, supply shortages, staffing safety, and tenant family member issues.
  • How owners, developers, and operators have navigated through the circumstances of the last six months.
  • Impacts on new construction.
  • The future for the industry and potential for distressed investment opportunities.

Scott will moderate the webinar, and both Matt and Scott will take questions from attendees. Don’t miss this informative webinar. Register now!
