Mr. Hiza sold his financial planning practice in 2010 to start Lighthouse Energy Partners. Since 2010 Mr. Hiza has directly owned oil and gas royalties as well as provided institutional investors with expertise in evaluating, acquiring and managing oil and gas royalties.
