Do you want to determine the rate at which your IRA will grow? Would you like to have a consistent return year after year? Have you ever considered lending money from your IRA? Rather than have your IRA purchase real estate and then have to deal with toilets and tenants, your IRA can loan money to other individuals for their rehabs, flips and investment rental property.
When your IRA acts as a lender, you get to set the terms of these loans and we have seen people be very creative in structuring these loans. In many cases you can secure the loan with a mortgage on real estate, but IRS rules also allow you to invest in unsecured notes as well. During this lunch seminar, we will share case studies on different loan structures to illustrate the power of private lending in your IRA. We will also cover how your IRA can actually act as a borrower to purchase leveraged real estate.
Lunch will be provided but seating is limited so register now.
