Lauren Wells has over ten years of expertise in business development, sales, and project management, holding senior executive roles at several SAAS startups, including Procore and LinkedIn. She has extensive experience developing forecasts, defining target markets, identifying acquisition opportunities, and establishing new sources of revenue to steer business growth. She has also been a real estate investor since 2010, acquiring in-depth insights into real estate investment strategies. Ms. Wells has helped build and manage a portfolio of over 100 assets, covering both residential real estate and mortgage notes. An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two sons.
