Ms. Wells has helped build and manage a portfolio of over 100 assets, covering both residential real estate and mortgage notes. An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two sons.
