Bill Zahller co-founded The Park Capital Partners Foundation, Inc. Bill is an active real estate syndicator and investor, bringing over 14 years of real estate investment experience. Bill partnered with Richard Coyne in 2016 to found Park Capital Partners, LLC after founding boutique real estate investment company Park Capital Properties. He has completed post-graduate real estate analysis and investment coursework at MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning, is a Certified Capital Raising Specialist (CCRS) and is a Certified Business Broker (CBB).
Richard Coyne
Richard co-founded The Park Capital Partners Foundation, Inc. Richard is a full-time real estate syndicator and investor. In 2016, Richard partnered with Bill Zahller to found Park Capital Partners, LLC. This followed his founding boutique real estate investment company JCLange and Company, LLC earlier that year. Richard is a retired software executive with more than 30 years of experience. Richard has completed post-graduate real estate analysis and investment coursework at MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning. Additionally, he holds a PMP and leverages that discipline in apartment analysis, investing, and operations.
