Danny Frye is a 20-year Army veteran who served as a combat engineer and a special operations civil affairs specialist. His experience includes combat deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operational deployments to Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Republic of Korea. Following his career in the military, Danny pursued his passion for real estate as an investor and broker. During his first year in real estate, Danny co-founded Paradise Capital Investments, was awarded Rookie of the Year for Exit Realty Preferred, selected by Top 100 Magazine, as one of the Top 100 People in Real Estate, and established the commercial real estate division of Exit Realty Preferred in Fayetteville, NC. Danny is a Co-founder and COO of Tempest22. As the CEO of Tempest22, Danny has set the course of the company to achieve $100 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM) by the end of 2035.
