About Our Guest Jennifer Barner
Jennifer Barner founded Lighthouse Ventures, a private equity real estate investment firm. She started her real estate career in 2015 studying under the Rich Dad program. She then transitioned to MF, is now the General Partner/Sponsor on 917 doors across five states, and has invested in over 1,964 doors. Additionally, Jennifer has rehabbed 44 properties and has a single-family rental portfolio she self-manages in the Kansas City area. Jennifer is most proud of the fact that she started her real estate journey with the goal of putting all four of her kids through college debt-free which she has successfully achieved. Today, she is teaching others how to achieve financial freedom through 1-1 coaching, as well as educating others on her podcast called Mastering Money for Moms where she is helping Moms Manage their Family and Build a Legacy through Real Estate. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate investor, Jennifer worked in sales at both IBM and Microsoft managing software implementations. She has also helped launch several lifestyle and health companies.
