At a very young age, Pete learned that by accumulating assets, he would have the income he needed to let him be free to do whatever he wanted. His driving force was to take dreams and turn them into goals, which inspired actions that helped him acquire assets to earn income.
For more than fifty years, Pete has been finding and striking real estate deals that have helped him build wealth while helping people along the way. During this podcast, Pete shares some of the most unique ways he has found investments, how to evaluate property for its investment potential, the importance of building relationships, and much more.

Pete Fortunato
Pete FortunatoPete is a capitalist and anarchist. He believes that transactions you can be proud of result from carefully conceived goals and plans followed by purposeful actions and scrupulous documentation. Upon graduating from high school in 1965, Pete went right into the real estate business. His motivation was his desire to be self-employed. Pete says, “Almost everyone who knew me believed that I was unemployable. They were right. I still am!”
Pete was excited to be free to build his business and his future. He attended seminars and read at every opportunity, and he sought out and learned from many mentors. He also benefited from the example and the counsel of his father, who encouraged and supported him from the beginning. When Pete finished college, he had a clientele and an investment portfolio. By 1975, his investments eliminated his need for fees from clients to fund his lifestyle. Pete continues to teach and attend real estate and investment seminars and meetings regularly. He is respected for his clear and patient explanations of investment concepts and transactions. He has been building, structuring, manipulating, and managing investment structures and portfolios for more than 50 years.
